Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a Writ of Seizure and Sale issued out of the Honorable Third Judicial District Court in the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed, I have seized and taken into my possession and will offer for sale at public auction, at the principal front door of the Court House in Ruston, Lincoln Parish, LA, between the hours governing judicial sales on WEDNESDAY, January 2, 2013 beginning at 10:00 A.M., the following described property situated in Lincoln Parish, LA, to wit:
Commencing at an existing 3/4 inch conduit pipe at the southwest corner of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 17, T18N, R1W, Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, as per survey byu Cecil L. Albritton, RLS, dated December, 1967; thence run North for a distance of 1946.99 feet to a point; thence run East for a distance of 1390.10 feet to a cotton picker spindle in the centerline of Louisiana Highway No. 145 for the starting point; from said starting point, thence run N44š-49’-46”E along said centerline for a distance of 247.07 feet to a cotton picker spindle; thence run N44š-30’- 12”E along said centerline for a distance of 173.24 feet to a cotton picker spindle; thence, leaving said centerline, S36š-25’-00’E for a distance of 283.36 feet to a 1/2 inch rebar; thence run N89š-40’-47”E for a distance of 78 feet to a 1/2 inch rebar in an existing fence, then run S26š-32’-03”E along said fence for a distance of 48.51 feet to a fence post; thence run S36š-04’02”W along said fence for a distance of 50.95 feet to a fence post; thence run N74š-07’-03”W along said fence for a distance of 69.47 feet to a fence post; thence run S54š-17’-20”W along said fence for a distance of 12.71 feet to a fence post; thence run S38š-37’-33”W along said fence for a distance of 121.01 feet to a fence post; thence run S89š-24’-06”W along said fence for a distance of 147.09 feet to a fence post; thence run N67š-27’-58”W along said fence for a distance of 205.81 feet to a fence post; thence run N66š-28’-13”W for a distance of 47.61 feet, back to the point of beginning; containing 2.554 acres and being subject to all easements and rights-of-way of record or use.
Seized as the property of defendants Janet Emory Frazier and will Be sold to satisfy said writ and all cost. Terms of sale cash with benefit of appraisement. This 23rd day of November, 2012.
