Brazil may lead corn exports

For the first time in history, Brazil may eclipse the United States in corn exports.

Despite early weather issues for South America, such as a lingering drought in Argentina, their neighbors have seen crop estimates continue to rise as harvest there draws near. USDA Chief Economist Joe Glauber said last week that with such a big harvest looming and world stocks driving down prices, many countries may be looking for cheap grains coming out of South America.
