The death of Max, an adopted Russian child, has further stirred international controversy on the adoption of Russian children by American families.

News that has traveled across the globe made its way to Ruston on Wednesday afternoon as two journalists with the Russian media interviewed the Rev. Fr. Frank A. Folino, OFM, of St. Thomas Aquinas, who officiated the burial service of 3-year-old Max Alan Shatto.
