Question: I got out of college a few years ago and went to work for a company, starting off in their management training program. Once that was over, I was assigned a position, which is OK, but I do not think this company has much of a career path for me. I want to be somewhere where there is a future for me. Is there usually someone in a company responsible for people’s career path?
