Jindal’s ethics platform is one of the things that helped get him elected outright in the October election. By planning to address it as soon as he takes office, Jindal is showing the state he will stand by his campaign promise.

Taking a hard look at ethics laws in Louisiana can only benefit our state. The tradition and perception of political corruption has haunted Louisiana government for decades, and it continues to drag us down.
