Ruston Junior Guild
The Ruston Junior Guild held their winter meeting on Feb. 21, at the home of Donna White. The guests were welcomed on a cold and rainy day by the sight of her gardens of King Alfred Daffodils.
Terrill Deville was introduced to the club members as the guest speaker for the afternoon meeting. Deville was clothed in a Mardi Gras vest that depicted the theme of his program, which was the history of Mardi Gras.
His outfit was complete with Mardi Gras beads of gold, green and purple. These colors represent justice, power and faith.
