EASLEY, S.C. — Louisiana’s District 5 team finally bumped into a road block at the 2010 Big League World Series Monday night.

After cruising through its first three games and eyeing a berth in tonight’s semifinal round of the United States division, the north Louisiana-based squad was a 5-2 victim of the West Regional champions from Thousand Oaks, Calif.

The loss ended the season for Manager Eddie Parkman’s club, which compiled an overall record of 36-6 and going 3-1 in the BLWS.
