Blunt, Bradley to exchange vows
Larry and Connie Blunt, of Ruston, are pleased to announce the engagement and approaching wedding of their daughter Emma Dawn Blunt, of Ruston, to Jordan Lee Bradley, of Ames, Iowa.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Ava Cook and the late William Cook, of Amarillo, Texas, and the late William and Emma B. Blunt, of Natchitoches.
Emma is a 2005 alumna of Cedar Creek School. She graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 2009 with a degree in Family and Child Studies. She is currently there working on her Master of Arts in Teaching PK-3.
The groom is the son of the Rev. Dennis and LeAnne Bradley of Ankeny, Iowa. Jordan is the grandson of Sara Bradley Bell and the late William H. Bradley, of Atlanta, Ga., and the late Sylvan and Karen Burt, of Billings, Mont. He is a 2005 alumnus of Lamar High School and a 2010 alumnus of Iowa State University with a degree in Integrated Studio Art. Jordan is self-employed as a freelance designer.
The couple plan to marry in a 2 p.m. ceremony on Nov. 27 at First Baptist Church in Ruston. A reception will follow in FBC Church Fellowship Hall.
