Father dabbles in cooking, enjoys eating fresh

Mike LeBlanc scoops mushroom and spinach mixture into a baking dish, then places it in the oven to bake for one hour.

After graduating from Louisiana Tech University and moving to Kansas City, Mike LeBlanc and his wife decided to move back to Ruston.

He now works as the production manager for the journalism department of Louisiana Tech.

“Coming back to Ruston and working at the university has brought me job satisfaction,” LeBlanc said. “As far as student interaction, it’s been a great learning experience.”

Additionally, he also said it’s always good to see the new faces around campus.

“The university is always changing, so that in itself was worth it to come back to Ruston,” he said.
