Parents of RES students joined their children for a Thanksgiving lunch last week before students went home for the Thanksgiving holiday.

Everyone knows what the Thanksgiving holiday looks like currently and that the holiday is designed to give thanks for all the blessings given throughout the year. However, many are a bit hazy on the details of what the first Thanksgiving looked like and why the holiday began.
