Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a Writ of Seizure and Sale issued out of the Honorable Third Judicial District Court in the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed, I have seized and taken into my possession and will offer for sale at public auction, at the principal front door of the Court House in Ruston, Lincoln Parish, LA, between the hours governing judicial sales on WEDNESDAY, March 09, 2011 beginning at 10:00 A.M., the following described property situated in Lincoln Parish, LA, to wit:
A certain tract of land in Grambling, Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, together with all improvements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, known and described as follows, to-wit: From the Northeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, Section 13, Township 18 North, Range 4 West, Lincoln Parish, Louisiana as marked by a 5/8” rebar run S 0˚22’39” W along the East line of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, 547.46 feet to a 5/8” rebar and the Point of Beginning; thence continue S 0˚22’39”W along the East line of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, 293.28 feet to a 5/8” rebar, which is N 89˚39’59”E, 6.69 feet from a 1” rod found in place marking the Northeast corner of James Ray Lee property, thence S 89˚38’59”W along the North line of the Lee property, 840.06 feet to a 5/8” rebar, which is N 89˚38’59”E, 61.02 feet from a 1” rod found in place marking the Northwest corner of the Lee property; thence N 0˚22’39”E, 271.49 feet to a 5/8’ rebar at the Southwest corner of the Flenroy Burks property; thence S 89˚47’27”E, 420.0 feet to a 5/8” rebar at the Southeast corner of the Burks property; thence N 0˚22’39’E, 30.0 feet to a 5/8” rebar at the Southwest corner of the Queen Etta Daniels property thence S 89˚47’27”E along the South lines of the Daniels and Robinson property, 420.0 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 5.445 acres more or less; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
By Fee Simple Deed from James Joe and Eva Mae Joe, husband and wife, as set forth in Deed Book 669, Page 60, dated 08/22/1988 and recorded 08/24/1988, Lincoln Parish Records, State of Louisiana.
Seized as the property of defendants Larry Jerome Williamson aka Larry Williamson and Ethel Marie Carter Williamson and will be sold to satisfy writ and all cost. Terms of sale cash with benefit of appraisement. This 28th day of January, 2011.
