The Lincoln Parish Sheriff’s Department wants to return to a time when neighbors knew each other. To that end, the department’s Community Service Division held an informal public meeting Thursday night to discuss plans for reviving the Neighborhood Watch program. “We’re just trying to get our community back together,” division Commander Major Kirk Taylor told about a dozen people gathered at the parish public safety complex.
