A six-month investigation by an area law enforcement agency aided by the Lincoln Parish Sheriff’s Office has led to the arrest of a Lincoln Parish couple on multiple drug charges. Scott Kalanquin, 32, and his wife, Kristin Kalanquin, 26, of 583 Main Street in Grambling, are each charged with possession with intent to distribute Schedule II methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and firearm violations.
