Approximately 86 local businesses will partner with 20 Lincoln Parish schools to help with community outreach programs through the 2016-17 school year. The Ruston-Lincoln Chamber of Commerce and Lincoln Parish ACHIEVE collaboration celebrated the programs ninth year with a kick-off event and luncheon Tuesday at the Ruston Civic Center.
