The flag at City Hall in Ruston is flying at half staff this week in honor of the death of former Mayor Hilda Taylor Perritt. Funeral services for Perritt will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday in First Baptist Church of Ruston, with interment to follow in Cook Cemetery.
