District 11 State Representative Rashid Young and District 12 Representative Chris Turner hosted a group of the Ruston High School Bearcats senior football players at Louisiana’s State Capitol. Held earlier this month in Baton Rouge, the event honored the students for their 2023 state championship. The team was recognized on the House of Representatives floor, and the two representatives presented head coach Jerrod Baugh with a special proclamation.
