Ruston City Hall and the Utility Billing Office will be closed on Tuesday in observance of Independence Day, according to city officials. There will be no garbage collection inside the city limits Tuesday. Pickup for Tuesday residential routes will be picked up on Wednesday. Also, there will be no commercial garbage collection Tuesday.
