NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Ordinance titled below:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRAMBLING TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF GRAMBLING PROVIDING THAT THE FOLLOWING PROPERTY ON LEE STREET SHALL BE REZONED AS R-2 SUBJECT TO THE LISTED RESTRICTIONS.

Meznar, McGehee to marry on July 2

Philip Ross Meznar, of Boone, N.C., and Natalie Walker McGehee, of Ruston, are pleased to announce their engagement and approaching wedding.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. David Wayne McGehee. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. L.D. McGehee, of Ruston, the late L.D. McGehee, the late Theodore Joseph Millette, the late Mrs. Harry Everette Burrow and Dr. Harry Everette Burrow, of Ocean Springs, Miss.

Local children’s author hosts book signing at LPL

A book launch party and signing for “I Shall Have a Chicken!” was held from 2-4 p.m. April 16 in the media room at the Lincoln Parish Library.
Other activities included a coloring contest, a guest appearance by “Mother Hen,” door prizes and a taster’s treat of the Hawk’s homemade chicken noodle soup recipe served with crackers. Daisy Rivas was the grand prize winner of the giant Easter basket.
