NOTICE is hereby given that the Lincoln Parish Detention Center Commission will conduct a Public Hearing for the purpose of reviewing the Proposed Budget for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2017. SPECIAL SESSION

Lincoln Parish Fire Protection District No. 1 Civil Service Board met in special session at
1:30pm on Monday, October 17, 2016 at the Vienna Station in Dubach, Louisiana, with the following members present: Charles Edwards, Dwight Anderson, and Tony Scalia. Absent: None.
A motion was made by Anderson, and seconded by Scalia, to approve the agenda as posted. All present voted in favor.
No public comments were offered.
A motion was made by Anderson, and seconded Scalia, to approve the minutes of July 1, 2016. All present voted in favor.

Lincoln Parish Fire Training Center Board of Commissioners met in regular session Tuesday, October 18, at 2:00 p.m., at Lincoln Parish Fire Protection District No.1 Administrative Office, Dubach, LA. The following members were present: Chairman Mike Fulton, Chief Chris Womack, Chief Kevin Reynolds, Bill Sanderson, and Kip Franklin.

The meeting was opened with an invocation given by Chairman Mike Fulton.
