NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Lincoln Parish Police Jury will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 P.m. on Tuesday, September 9, 2014, concerning proposed Ordinance No. 335-14-(0). “An Ordinance Authorizing the sale of immovable property to Kirk J. Reynolds for and in consideration and price of One hundred eighty one thousand and no/100 ($181,000.00)” said hearing to be held in the Lincoln Parish Police Jury Meeting Room in the Lincoln Parish Courthouse, 100 West Texas Avenue, Ruston, La. 71270. All interested parties are encouraged to attend.

The Lincoln Parish School Board met in Regular Session on Tuesday, August 5, 2014, at 6:00 p.m. at the Lincoln Parish School Board Office, 410 South Farmerville Street, Ruston, Louisiana. Members present were Ms. Debbie Abrahm, Mr. Otha Anders, Mr. Michael Barmore, Ms. Lisa Best, Mr. Curtis Dowling, Mr. Danny Hancock, Ms. Mattie Harrison, Ms. Lynda Henderson, Mr. Trott Hunt, Mr. George Mack, Jr., and Mr. Joe Mitcham.
Mr. Eddie Jones was absent.

AT&T MOBILITY

AT&T MOBILITY, in accordance with requirements of Section V.B. of the March 2005 Nationwide Programmatic Agreement (NPA) for Review of Effects on Historic Properties for Certain Undertakings Approved by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), are requesting comment regarding potential impacts to historical or archaeological properties listed on, or eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP), by installation of antennas on a water tank and placement of support equipment within the water tank compound located at 444 R.W.E.
