Mr. Sullivan’s offer is to pay for the main, installed to Village specifications, and donate it to the Village. Discussion. Motion was made by Alderman Aswell and seconded by Alderman Croswell to have the Village Engineer gather costs and requirements for this project to determine expenses. Approved. Mann Construction began working on the Choudrant High School additions without first obtaining a building permit. The penalty for commencing work without an issued permit is a fine equal to the permit fee. On site project manager thought the office had handled all of the requirements and, due to the cost of the permit fee and penalty, asked for a removal or reduction in the penalty. Discussion.
