Did you know you paid for “Girls Gone Wild” videos in California? Did you know your money went to help one evacuee get a sex change?

The audit reported that up to $1.4 billion of the money FEMA gave out was spent for bogus reasons. That’s basically 16 percent of the money handed out.

Not only this, but some evacuees have lounged around in Hawaii, spent FEMA money paying for divorces and even traveled to an all-inclusive Caribbean resort for a week.
