Many people fear the forgetfulness that comes with aging. Unfortunately, a misplaced set of keys or a forgotten appointment is the beginning of something more ominous for the 16 million people expected to have Alzheimer’s by 2050. According to the national Alzheimer’s Association, for those age 65 and older nearly one in eight live with Alzheimer’s. For those age 85 and older, more than half live with the disease.
