NOTICE IF HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Commission To Sell issued by the Honorable Third Judicial District Court of Louisiana, in and for the Parish of Lincoln, and to me directed, I will sell at the principal front door of the Courthouse in the City of Ruston, Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, between the hours governing judicial sales on Wednesday, April 4, 2012, at 10 A.M. , the following described property belonging, in indivision, to the plaintiffs and defendant in this cause. Said Sale to be made for the purpose of effecting a partition by licitation between the plaintiff and defendant to-wit:
That certain tract or parcel of land located in Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, together with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the Northwest Corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 20 North, Range 2 West, Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, as per survey by Cecil L. Albritton, P.L.S., of the Dubach Bank’s Fellowship Subdivision, as per map on file in Conveyance Book 150, Page 778, records of Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, thence run North 89 degrees 39 minutes 23 seconds East for a distance of 420.00 feet to a two inch iron pipe; thence continue to run North 89 degrees 39 minutes 23 seconds East along an existing fence for a distance of 1739.89 feet to a 1 1/2 inch iron pipe painted white; thence, leaving said fence, run South 00 degrees 29 minutes 30 seconds East for a distance of 1696.83 feet to a railroad spike in the centerline of Louisiana Highway No. 151; thence run North 72 degrees 57 minutes 36 seconds West along said centerline for a distance of 253.98 feet to a nail; thence run North 75 degrees 40 minutes 02 seconds West along said centerline for a distance of 183.29 feet to a railroad spike for the STARTING POINT; from said starting point, thence, leaving said centerline, run North 14 degrees 19 minutes 59 seconds East for a distance of 255.62 feet to a 1/2 inch rebar; thence run North 75 degrees 40 minutes 01 seconds West for a distance of 255.62 feet to a 1/2 inch rebar; thence run South 14 degrees 19 minutes 59 seconds West for a distance of 255.62 feet to a railroad spike in the centerline of Louisiana Highway No. 151; thence run South 75 degrees 40 minutes 01 seconds East along said centerline for a distance of 255.62 feet back to the point of beginning; containing 1.500 acres and being subject to all easements and rights-of-way of record or use; all as per map of survey by William T. Lowe, P.L.S., dated May 17, 2011, attached hereto and made a part hereof
SAID SALE to be made for cash, to the last and highest bidder, without the benefit of appraisement, according to law, the property belonging to the plaintiff and the defendant in the above numbered and entitled cause. This 2nd day of March, 2012.
