Help strengthen area schools
Easter Sunday . . . look around and there’s no mistaking that the holiday has arrived.
If you’re old school, your kitchen may still smell like vinegar from the hours spent dying eggs. The more modern kitchen may still have plastic wrappers strewn about from opening packages of plastic eggs and filling them with miniature candies.
The Easter bunny has undoubtedly hopped into homes, leaving treat-filled baskets. As the treasure wrappers fly, the smell of Easter lunch preparations wafts from kitchens where mom gets a jump on things before readying the family for Easter services.
