Remember to hydrate while out in the heat
School is out and summer is here, which means children will be spending a big chunk of their day outside.
Additionally, more individuals will be outside playing softball, golf, tennis, basketball at one of our local outdoor courts or even fishing on the lake — just to name a few summer activities. Although it is good to be outside and be active, it is also a time that presents some concerns.
One of those major issues is dehydration.
