After 12 years of working to drive the municipality of Ruston forward, City Administrator Lewis Love has stepped down.
The retirement was effective Aug. 31.
“Lewis has played a key role as part of a team of individuals in the city who have contributed much to the progress of our community,” Mayor Dan Hollingsworth said. “His knowledge of the heavy equipment and construction business have been extremely helpful to the city over these past years. We are very appreciative of his dedication and commitment to serving our citizens and wish him the very best in the future.”
