A number of Suddenlink customers lost service on Thursday in Ruston.
According to an email from Gene Regan, director of Corporate Communications at Suddenlink Communications, it appears that a train hit a wire.
“Service for fewer than 40 customers was interrupted at about 11:15 (Thursday) morning,” Regan said. “Our team moved quickly, and service was restored at about 2:45 that afternoon. We apologize for any inconvenience.”
