Ritz Pecan Pie
•3 egg whites
•1 cup sugar
•1 cup chopped pecans
•24 crushed Ritz crackers
•Take three egg whites and whip them until they are fluffy.
•Add one cup sugar, one cup pecans (chopped) and the 24 crushed crackers.
•Fold these ingredients into the fluffy egg whites and place it into a sprayed baking dish.
•Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes and cut into slices.
