Teachers explain need for paper
Sometimes, regular copy paper isn’t quite the right medium for the lesson that Holly Payton, I. A. Lewis science teacher, is trying to teach her students.
“I have bought my own paper,” Payton said. “The main reason I have is due to color and size. I sometimes make a classroom set of tests and will use color copy paper so I can be sure they are kept in my room on testing day. At times I may purchase legal size or larger size paper and have students create posters on different topics such as the history of the atom, atom booklets or for presentations on energy sources.”
