The city of Ruston will receive sealed bids for WATER WELL # 8 REPAIR until 10:00 a.m. CST, December 1, 2015. All sealed bids shall be mailed or delivered to the city of Ruston, Attn: Purchasing Office, 701 E. Tennessee Ave., Ruston, Louisiana 71270. Proposals shall be designated as “Sealed Bid - CITY OF RUSTON, WATER WELL # 8 REPAIR, PROJECT NO. 2016-05.” Bids received after the 10:00 a.m. deadline will be returned via certified mail to the bidder unopened. On this date and specified time, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
