Paul’s younger brother has been steady in D-League

Maybe Elijah Millsap has heard the famous Yogi Berra quote about it being déjà vu all over again but then again maybe he hasn’t.

But the Grambling native isn’t complaining about being back with the Los Angeles Defenders of the NBA Development League, especially after he averaged 19.4 points, 6.3 rebounds and 3.2 assists for them last season when the D-Fenders won a league-record 38 games and played for the D-League title.
