The agenda item for consideration was the consolidation and/or relocation of various refuse container sites. Mr. Pullen explained that four refuse container sites had been initially identified for closure and relocation based on an analysis and input with the Solid Waste Collection Superintendent. The sites are located on Sharon Road, Butler Road, Hickory Street, and Whitehead Road. Following further discussion, Randy Roberson made a motion, seconded by Bobby Bennett, to close and relocate the rural refuse containers on the specified sites.
