The man suspected of killing a Ruston woman and injuring her mother and child is in the Lincoln Parish Detention Center today charged with first-degree murder. Frank Jauron Stringfellow, 38, of 216 Cotton St., was arrested Tuesday afternoon almost 12 hours after he allegedly shot and killed Shakena N. Hampton, 35, and wounded her mother and 1-year-old child. Also arrested were Stringfellow’s mother, Vickie June Stringfellow, 62, of 1716 Skyline Drive, and April Jarnell Thurman-Lyons, 39, of 1718 Skyline Drive.
