If all goes according to plan, a former nursing home on East Georgia Avenue will open in November as a behavioral health care facility. Ruston’s Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday granted Lincoln Counseling, LLC’s request to remake the abandoned Alpine Guest Care Center building into an in- and out-patient drug rehabilitation facility.
