The Ruston-Lincoln Chamber of Commerce 98th Annual Awards Banquet, presented by First National Bank has been rescheduled for 6-8:30 p.m. Thursday at the Ruston Civic Center. Judy Copeland, president of the Chamber, said the event was rescheduled because of the winter weather. The banquet will begin with a wine-and-cheese social. Dinner will be served at 6:45 p.m. Highlights of the event will include the presentation of the chamber’s 2017 Robert E. Russ Award to long-time Ruston businessman J.N.
