Parish voters will decide in April the fate of two property tax renewals that generate more than $5 million over 10 years for local schools. The Lincoln Parish School Board on Tuesday unanimously called the referendum April 29 for the Consolidated School Districts No. 1 and No. 3 millages that will expire in 2018 and 2019, respectively.
