The Lincoln Parish School District hosted its first district-wide open house event Tuesday evening at the Lincoln Parish Library Events Center. Each of the parish’s schools and central office departments had booths highlighting programs and providing information for current and prospective parents as well as the business community.

Shamrock Coordinator McKinley Sherman (left) and Assistant Camille Coco (right) celebrate the community’s support in helping the chapter surpass its goal for the “15K in a Day” project by bringing in a total of $17,568 toward the Shamrock goal of $40,000.
