The Lincoln Rotary Club and Christian Community Action summer-long canned food drive has come to an end with the 10,000-can goal reached. Above, Rotarians, Super 1 Foods employees and CCA employees load the donated cans from Super 1 and then unloaded them at CCA, where they will be distributed to those suffering from food insecurity. “We are very appreciative of Lincoln Rotary and Super 1’s partnership with us. And special thanks to everyone who helped unload everything,” said Lisa Wright, Ministries Coordinator with CCA. “We are so proud of our community along with Log Cabin, Origin Bank, Tyler Storms and Pamela Stewart for helping us reach our goal of 10,000 cans. These cans will help so many in our area,” said Rotarian Celeste Holley. “We have such a special community here in Ruston and surrounding areas. Thank you everyone.”
