To paraphrase from the words of an old negro spiritual, Go Down, Moses, tell old Pharaoh, to let my people go. There is an urgent cry for HBCUs to go down into the land of justice, tell poverty, oppression, economic disparity, structural racism and discrimination to let our people, go.
