The SCILS Region 8 LaSTEM Center at Louisiana Tech University kicked off the new year with its first day of Computer Science for You this week. Students from A. E. Phillips Laboratory School, Choudrant High School and Ruston Junior High School gathered for a day that included coding, a cryptography scavenger hunt, cyber breakout boxes, and a focus on career success.
