The City of Ruston has announced that City Hall and the Utility Billing Office will be closed on Monday in observance of Presidents’ Day. There will be no residential garbage and trash collection on Monday. Garbage pickup for Monday’s residential route will be picked up on Wednesday. Commercial garbage trucks will not run Monday either.
