A Ruston man is out of jail after being arrested Tuesday by the Lincoln Parish Sheriff ’s Office (LPSO) for dog fighting. Jerry Perkins, 51, bonded out on Thursday afternoon after a $35,000 bond was set on one dog fighting charge.
