An Indiana man is charged with kidnapping and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile after Ruston city police discovered a teenager listed as an endangered missing person was a passenger in the man’s car.
U.S. 80 at the Bienville Parish- Lincoln Parish line, approximately 2.7 miles east of Arcadia, will be closed to all through traffic beginning Sept. 19 in order to complete the newly-constructed U.S. 80 bridge and section of roadway.
