We all know what it is like to have voices in our lives, telling us what we should or should not do, say, think, love, eat, spend our time on. Some of these voices are responsibilities - your kids need things from you, your job is asking you to do something, or you have committed to an event. A few of these voices are our own - our desires, hopes, and aversions. Many of these voices come from sources that can be harmful - social media, manipulators, or even our own broken hearts.
