Ruston police have made the second arrest in what authorities say is apparently a theft ring that’s taken cologne and beauty products and then tried to sell at least some of them online.
Weather permitting, the city of Ruston will be closing Clay Street between E. Line Avenue and Martin Luther King Dr. to through traffic beginning Monday from 7 a. m. until further notice.
It sounds like something you might see in a horror movie. A monster attacks helpless defenseless people who have no way of escape as it mutilates and destroys everyone in its path.
