GRAMBLING — It was rough going for the Grambling State baseball team on Sunday afternoon at Wilbert Ellis Field at R.W.E. Jones Park, as the Tigers suffered a 16-3 loss in seven innings to Prairie View A&M.

Ruston High School’s Bearcat Robotics team was on full display at the Louisiana State Capitol in Baton Rouge last week as part of NASA’s Space Day at the Capitol event. Representing the SCILS Region 8 LASTEM Center, the Ruston High team engaged in a workforce panel with leadership from NASA, Boeing and others who made the day out of this world.
