Lincoln Parish sheriff’s deputies took a Simsboro man in custody shortly after 1:30 p.m. Thursday after he refused to answer their knocks at his door for approximately two hours.
Freddie “Susie” Hood Woodard passed away on the morning of Thursday, Feb. 29, 2024, at Northern Louisiana Medical Center, surrounded by her family. She was 93 years old.
