Like everyone else, I mourned the passing of former Ruston Mayor Dan Hollingsworth. Always grateful for those who will step into the arena of public service and do so with integrity, grace and fortitude, I found myself reflecting on how he served our city and community in a character-driven style that ultimately benefitted us in many ways.
