The Lincoln Parish Police Jury has approved a new agreement with the Ruston Lincoln Convention and Visitors Bureau that will moderately raise usage fees at the parish park and dial back the amount the CVB pays to fund it, with the goal of making the park more “selfsufficient” over time.
